At the end of November, our CEO Kathryn Sheridan will speak at the 2016 Hi Europe Conference. Presenting at the event for the first time, Kathryn will join food industry experts to discuss the latest trends and challenges in the functional foods, nutraceuticals, natural ingredients and nutritional supplements sector.

Kathryn’s talk ‘Improving profits through a responsible sourcing strategy’, will take place on Tuesday 29 November from 15:00-15:30 in the 'Module 3B – Creating a sustainable long term business strategy' session.

Speaking alongside VTT and Euromonitor, Kathryn will discuss the importance of sustainable procurement strategies for ingredient sourcing in a resource-constrained world.
