I really want to share this interview with you. It brings together so much of what I've been working on these past few years. The main question of the show is 'what comes next?'.

You'll have to watch the interview to get more of the nuances but essentially, I said this.

What comes next is we fry.

The interviewer looked quite shocked as my statement landed with him. "We fry?", he asked.

I went on, "What comes next is we fry. Or we take responsibility."

I'm having so many conversations now about what we can do to turn things around. And if it's enough. I believe in the power of individual actions as well as our ability to make change in our companies and organisations. I talk more about it in the interview.
