A collaboration between journal Industrial Biotechnology and the Rosalind Franklin Society, the directory celebrates the increasingly important role women play in life sciences.

Launched in April 2016 at the World Congress of Industrial Biotechnology in San Diego, the Directory of Woman in Industrial Biotechnology is free to view online until the end of May 2016.

Industrial Biotechnology is the longest-running peer-reviewed journal focused on the science, business, and policy developments of the bioeconomy.

The Rosalind Franklin Society seeks to honour the under-recognised achievements of the late Rosalind Franklin by fostering greater opportunities for women in the sciences and highlighting outstanding work done by women scientists.
