Sustainability Consult is number 19 in the Biofuels Digest Hot 40 and our client Reverdia is number 1, awarded the ‘Hottest Early Stage Bioeconomy Company’ for 2016.
Reverdia’s position in the Hot 40 has risen from 24th in 2014 to 12th in 2015 and now to a sizzling first place. For Sustainability Consult and another one of our clients, AVA Biochem, it is the first time we have been included in the Hot 40 rankings.
Reverdia has been awarded the #1 spot in this year’s ‘40 Hottest Emerging Companies in the Advanced Bioeconomy’. The ranking is an important industry endorsement of innovation and achievement in bio-based chemicals and materials.
BIOSKOH has officially launched! The project took part in the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU) session The Bioeconomy in Everyday Life on 17 October at the Bratislava Bioeconomy Conference (BBEC 2016). Sustainability Consult is the communications partner for this innovative EU circular bioeconomy project.
A range of everyday bio-based products were presented at BBEC 2016 including dandelion rubber tyres, dresses made from milk fibres, biodegradable compostable shopping bags and BIOSKOH’s bio-ethanol.

A former city girl, Kathryn wants to make it easier for people to access nature and build a lasting relationship with the outdoors. As Kathryn says, “If we don’t make it easy to get kids out into nature, why will they want to protect the environment in the future?”
Deirdre (Dee) Lockhart has joined the Sustainability Consult Team as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Dee is Irish and studied Design Presentation Techniques at the College of Marketing and Design in Dublin.
Dee has been based in Belgium since 1990, and transitioned from Architectural Model Making into advertising sales for the Bulletin and then into management support and office management where she got hooked on admin.
